1. What Are Cookies?

2. Legal Framework
This policy complies with: the Spanish LSSI-CE Act (Art. 22.2, requiring informed consent for non-essential cookies); the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC as amended); the GDPR (EU 2016/679) where cookies involve personal data; and the AEPD Cookie Guidelines.

6. Managing and Deleting Cookies
Since the only non-essential cookie on this site (gw_lang) is a functional preference cookie, formal consent is not required under current regulations. You may still delete it at any time via your browser settings. Deleting gw_lang will not prevent use of the site, but you will lose your saved language preference.

7. Local Font Hosting
As an additional privacy measure, we are in the process of migrating the Inter typeface to our own server to eliminate the transfer of visitor IPs to Google. Once complete, the Google Fonts connection will be removed from this site. Technical users may use the browser's DevTools (Network tab) to inspect all connections made when loading this page.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the technologies used on the site, add new features, or in response to regulatory changes. The last updated date is always visible at the top of this document. For queries, contact us at privacy@guardianweb.es.
